Shipping policy
Halo House currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. The shipping methods and prices available for a specific order are shown at checkout.
Shipping options
- Standard shipping: $8 USD. The configured carrier transit estimate is 3–5 days.
- Free standard shipping: available when the eligible merchandise subtotal shown at checkout reaches $100 USD.
- Express shipping: $15 USD. The configured carrier transit estimate is 1–2 days.
Transit estimates begin after the carrier receives the package. They do not include order-preparation time and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, and destination conditions can affect delivery.
Order preparation
Halo House products are prepared to order. Preparation time can vary by product and order volume. We will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when the order leaves our care.
Addresses and delivery availability
Please review the shipping address before placing an order. Available delivery methods, including service to a PO box, depend on the address and carrier options accepted at checkout. Use our Contact Us form promptly if an address needs attention; we cannot guarantee a change after preparation or shipment begins.
Tracking and delayed packages
Tracking can take time to update after a label is created. If a package is delayed, first review the carrier's latest tracking details and check around the delivery location. If the carrier marks a package delivered but it cannot be found, or if tracking has stopped updating, use our Contact Us form with the order number so we can review the available carrier information.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item within seven calendar days of carrier-confirmed delivery. The process and eligibility rules are described in our Refund policy.
