These Terms of Service govern your use of the Halo House website and any purchase you make through it. By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, Refund policy, and Shipping policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

1. Online store terms

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in the place where you live, or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use our products or website to violate any law or the rights of another person.

2. Store information

We work to keep product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other store information accurate. Screen settings and photography can affect how colors appear. We may correct an error, update information, or cancel an affected order when information is inaccurate or incomplete. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for that order.

3. Products and availability

Products and variants may be available in limited quantities or prepared after an order is placed. We may limit sales by customer, household, region, product, or order when reasonably necessary. We may change or discontinue products without notice. Product images and descriptions may not capture every minor variation.

4. Orders

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons that include product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or an order that appears intended for unauthorized resale. We may contact you using the information provided with the order when clarification is needed.

You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Review product options, quantities, and addresses before submitting an order. Requested changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after preparation begins.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless the store states otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are calculated and displayed at checkout. You authorize the payment method submitted at checkout to be charged for the order total. Payment processing is provided by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout.

6. Shipping

Current delivery regions, rates, estimates, preparation details, and carrier limitations are described in our Shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless applicable law requires otherwise. Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law.

7. Returns and refunds

Halo House products are prepared to order and sales are final except for the circumstances described in our Refund policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.

8. Website content and intellectual property

The website's text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, and other content are owned by Halo House, used with permission, or available in the public domain. Copyright and other intellectual-property protections apply where applicable. You may view the website and make purchases for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission, except where the law allows it. These restrictions do not limit your use of public-domain material or rights granted by an applicable license.

9. Reviews, comments, and submissions

If you voluntarily send feedback, ideas, images, reviews, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. Do not submit confidential information through a public review or comment feature. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.

You may not use the website to commit fraud; distribute malicious code; scrape, probe, or interfere with the website or its security; impersonate another person; collect personal information without permission; send spam; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or engage in conduct that violates applicable law. The store uses Shopify and may link to services operated by others, including payment providers and carriers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Halo House is not responsible for a third-party website or service that it does not control, but nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy policy. Shopify also processes information needed to operate the store and checkout.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Halo House will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Halo House harmless from a third-party claim caused by your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

16. Severability and waiver

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

These terms remain effective until terminated by you or Halo House. You may terminate them by stopping use of the website. We may restrict access when these terms are violated. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to Halo House and the transaction, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
